    The hotel was beautiful and absolutely brilliant, it overlooked a garden. the deluxe king room, though not appealing in photos, turned out to be fashionable. - the ambience felt really elegant and the service was excellent. - Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. - Its incredible, super central location was a plus.

    This is surely the best old-fashioned hotel, exceptionally polite and efficient staff, brand-new rooms. Outdoor restaurant is nice with view of the street.

    Reasonably large room and exceptional staff at the concierge and baggage collection. Location: marvellous, just next door to the Center, attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, and 15 to the Spanish Steps and the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and so on.

    The personnel was really very kind and helpful. Hotel has one of the best location, very elegant. The room was big enough especially the bathroom was big and light (daylight)

    The welcome staff were excellent and informative. The room was fanatastic. The quality of breakfast was very good and to enjoy the terrace and view at breakfast was a very speacial part of the stay.

    The hotel had a stunning architecture with a rich historic feel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to try. The location was ideal, with close proximity to popular tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants.

    The breakfast was not included in the room rate and was quite expensive for what was offered. The buffet selection was basic and the quality of food was not up to par.

    Room was really beautiful. We were upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise.

    The bar was like a ghost town. Although nice in decor on the 2 occasions that we visited it was empty of customers but full of staff.. would have been nicer if there was a more happening atmosphere.

    majestic roma exceeded my expectations with their prompt and pleasant service, excellent dining, and charming old-world charm. the free upgrade to a room with a terrace made our second stay even better. the hotel's location near a metro station and attractions like piazza spagna was ideal.

    Bathroom had limited countertop space.

    The hotel is in a beautiful leafy and quiet location. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, offering to organise any trip or sight seeing venture for us. The breakfast was exceptional, everything you could wish for available on a shaded terrace overlooking the Via Veneto. The room was of a high standard with a beautiful marble bathroom which overlooked a lovely temple and park - a truly lovely hotel and definitely worth the higher room rates.

    The room was on the small side for a superior room when compared with the photos shown at the booking stage. The cleaning staff are also noisy in the mornings, we were woken up at 7am on a Sunday morning by shouting, laughing and hovering across the corridor!

    Great Location. Excellent staff who were friendly, welcoming and attentive and who made us feel pampered during our stay. Special thanks to the Concierge and Reception staff and the Doormen too for such excellent service. We will stay at the Hotel Majestic Roma again.
